Our rates

At SilverTech, we offer two ways to help with your technology needs: in-home visits or remote support. Both options are designed to be simple, fair, and easy to understand.

In-Home Support
•     $65 for the first hour
•     $15 for each additional 15 minutes
•     We come to you, work hands-on, and make sure everything is running smoothly before we leave.

Remote Support (Phone or Online)
•     $35 for the first hour
•     $9 for each additional 15 minutes
•     Great for quick fixes, software help, or questions that don’t require a house call.

Time Tracking
•     We round to the nearest 15 minutes after the first hour
Example: If a visit runs 1 hour and 20 minutes, you’ll only be billed for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Payment Options
•     Tap-to-pay, card, or cash accepted
•     You’ll always receive a clear, itemized receipt — no hidden fees, ever.
